Shipping and DOA Policy

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

Overnight Delivery (UPS)
Delivered directly to your door. Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

Airline Cargo Pickup (American or Southwest)$499 minimum order
Pick up your shipment at your local airport cargo facility. This is often the fastest and safest option for large or multi-box orders.

An Air Waybill (AWB) will be provided once the shipment is booked.

Shipping may be billed after packing to ensure accurate weight and box count.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and box count.

• Overnight shipping is calculated at checkout and additional charges may apply for oversized or multi-box shipments.
• Airline cargo shipments are billed separately after packing.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.


Sales & Livestock Guarantee

All livestock sales are final.

Livestock is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee only. Any Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery or cargo pickup with clear photos of the coral in the unopened bag.

Approved DOA claims will be issued store credit only. Refunds are not provided.

If a replacement shipment is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the replacement order.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, airline schedule changes, weather, or missed deliveries, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
