Shipping and DOA Policy

Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping methods:

1. Overnight Delivery (UPS)

  • Delivered directly to your door.

  • Requires someone to be available on the first delivery attempt.

  • Recommended for small or single-box orders.

2. Airline Cargo Pickup (American or Southwest) $499 minimum order

  • Pick up your box directly at your local airport’s cargo facility.

  • Usually the fastest and safest option for large or multiple-box orders.

  • You’ll receive an Air Waybill (AWB) number once shipped.

  • Payment for shipping may be billed after packing to ensure accurate weight and box count.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary by method and location.

  • Overnight delivery is calculated at checkout. Extra fees may incur.

  • Airline cargo is billed separately after packing (we’ll contact you before shipping).

  • Local pickup may be available by appointment.


Live Arrival Guarantee (wholesale orders)

All livestock orders are covered by our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee.
If anything arrives dead on arrival (DOA), we’ll issue store credit for the full value of the affected item.

7-Day guarantee (RETAIL ONLY)

We take pride in the health and quality of our livestock. To ensure customer satisfaction, all retail livestock purchases are covered by a 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase.

Terms of the Guarantee:

  1. This guarantee applies only to retail customers and is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

  2. If the livestock is found to be unhealthy or not as represented at the time of purchase, the customer may return the livestock within the 7-day period.

  3. Returns will be issued as store credit only and cannot be refunded in cash.

  4. The livestock must be returned in good faith, accompanied by the original receipt, and in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

  5. This guarantee does not cover losses due to improper care, shipping, handling, disease, or environmental factors after the livestock leaves our premises.

  6. Store credit must be used within 60 days from the date it is issued.

By purchasing our livestock, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this 7-day retail-only guarantee.

Receiving Your Order

To ensure your corals arrive healthy:

  • Be available for pickup or delivery as soon as the shipment arrives.

  • Open the box immediately and begin the acclimation process.

  • Report any DOA items within 2 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos of the coral in unopened bags.


Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, flight changes, or missed pickups. However, we’ll always work with you to resolve any shipping issues quickly and fairly.
