Shipping & Risk of Loss

All live livestock ship UPS Overnight, airline cargo, or local pickup by appointment.

Customer must be present for the first delivery attempt. Missed deliveries void all guarantees.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon first delivery attempt or cargo availability.
Live Arrival Guarantee (Wholesale Orders)

Coverage applies only at the time of box opening.

Verified DOA may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.

Losses after acclimation, carrier delays, weather issues, mishandling, or missed pickups are not covered.
5-Day Limited Health Guarantee (Retail Orders)

Retail livestock includes a 5-day limited health guarantee.

Coverage excludes losses caused by improper acclimation, water quality issues, equipment failure, aggressive tankmates, disease introduced by the customer, or environmental stress.

Approved claims are resolved with store credit only.
Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered for live animals.
DOA Claim Requirements

DOA must be reported within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.

Clear photos and video of livestock in the original sealed bag

Photo of shipping label

Visible timestamp

Claims submitted outside this window or without documentation will be denied.
Store Credit & Refunds

All live livestock sales are final.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for live animals.

Store credit may be issued once per customer and expires 60 days from issuance.

Additional claims may be denied at our discretion.
Fraud & Disputes

Claims may be denied if evidence is altered, reused, misleading, or unverifiable.

Payment disputes or chargebacks that contradict this policy may be contested with supporting documentation.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase from CoralsDepot.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
