Live Animal Sales & Shipping Policy

CoralsDepot sells and ships only legally permitted live marine organisms, including corals, fish, and invertebrates. All livestock is handled, packed, and transported in accordance with applicable animal-welfare and transportation guidelines.

We do not sell prohibited species and we do not transport any animals in violation of federal, state, or local regulations. All live animals are shipped using approved packaging methods designed to maintain water quality, temperature stability, and animal safety.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all livestock purchased is legal to own in their state or locality. CoralsDepot reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable laws.

CoralsDepot does not provide any transportation services outside of standard commercial carrier shipping (e.g., UPS, FedEx). We do not ship animals across international borders.

By purchasing live animals from CoralsDepot, customers agree to follow all applicable care, acclimation, and husbandry guidelines to ensure the welfare of the animals.
