Free Shipping Policy

At Corals Depot, our priority is delivering healthy, thriving corals with fast, reliable delivery. Below are our updated shipping rules for UPS Overnight and Airline Cargo.

📦 FREE UPS Overnight Shipping — Orders $199+

We offer FREE UPS Overnight on coral orders with a subtotal of $199 or more (after discounts, before tax).

This applies to retail customers only.

✈️ Airline Cargo Shipping — Orders $499+

We offer Southwest Cargo or American Airlines Cargo for orders $499+ (subtotal after discounts).

  • Cargo fees are paid at the counter by the customer (standard for all coral sellers).

  • Airline cargo is optional and not included in shipping options unless the order meets the $499 minimum.

⚠️ Terms & Conditions

1. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale / dealer accounts do NOT qualify for free shipping via UPS or airline cargo.
Shipping will be calculated based on box size, weight, and order type.

2. Minimum Applies After Discounts

Your subtotal must meet the exact qualification amount after all discounts.
Under $199 (UPS) or $499 (cargo) → standard shipping rates apply.

3. Live Arrival Guarantee

Your guarantee stays valid when:

  • Someone is present for first delivery attempt.

  • DOA photos are sent in the required timeframe.

  • Shipment is not delayed due to customer scheduling issues.

4. Shipping Days

We ship Monday–Wednesday for livestock safety.
Severe weather may delay shipments.

5. Exclusions

Free shipping does NOT apply to:

  • Wholesale orders

  • Oversized or extremely fragile corals needing special packaging

  • Equipment, dry goods, or accessories
